1. Definitions

Holder: Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl, manager of the Zipline at San Vigilio di Marebbe.

Website: www.adrenalineadventures.it

Adventure / Activity: the zipline and related outdoor services offered by the Holder.

Participant: any natural person who makes a reservation and participates in the activity.

Reservation: confirmation of the purchase necessary to access the Zipline.

Participation Form: mandatory document to be signed before the activity.

By booking or participating, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Customer Information

• The Zipline is provided and operated by Adrenaline X-Treme Adventures GROUP Srl.

• The activity is subject to physical limitations, age, weight and weather conditions.

• All details (price, duration, payment methods) are indicated on the site or at the ticket office.

• Prices may vary without notice (dynamic pricing).

3. Changes and Cancellations by the Holder

In case of unsuitable weather or safety conditions:

• Delay of less than 2 hours: no refund.

• Delay of more than 2 hours: the customer can

  • reschedule within 6 months or

  • request a refund within 14 days via email to: info@adrenalineadventures.it

4. Participation Form

• Signing the form is mandatory.

• Failure to sign prevents access to the activity without the right to a refund.

5. Reservations

• Reservation recommended.

• Reservations accepted online or through authorized partners.

• Minimum age: 5 years.

• For minors under 18 years, written consent from an adult is required.

• Access is allowed only to those who meet the weight, height and physical condition requirements set by the Holder.

6. Payments

Accepted methods:

• credit/debit cards

• cash

• any other methods provided by the Holder

Online reservations:

• full or partial payment at the time of order (depending on the system used).
  Reservations through partners:

• the conditions of the partner apply.

7. Vouchers

• Vouchers are only valid if purchased through the Holder's official channels.

• They are non-refundable and not convertible into cash.

• The data provided for their issuance is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

8. Packages and Offers

• Promotions cannot be combined.

• In case of fewer participants than expected, the price will be recalculated.

9. Changes or Cancellations by the Customer

• Changes are at the discretion of the Holder.

• Cancellations do not entitle to a refund, unless there are specific written agreements.

10. Prices

The prices include:

• VAT

• necessary equipment

• internal transport if provided

They do not include:

• personal insurance

• photos, videos or additional services

• personal expenses

11. Participant Delays

• The time marked on the reservation must be strictly observed.

• Arrive 30 minutes early for the departure time.

• Delays do not entitle to a refund or free rescheduling.

12. Images and Videos

• The activity may be filmed or photographed by the Holder.

• By participating, the user consents to the use of images for documentary and promotional purposes.

• The Participant is responsible for images taken with their own devices.

13. Accessibility and Restrictions

• The activity is not suitable for people with severe motor disabilities or undeclared medical conditions.

• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

• The Holder may refuse access to anyone deemed unsuitable for safety reasons.

14. Animals

• Pets are not allowed in the activity area.

15. Insurance

• The Zipline has civil liability insurance in accordance with Italian regulations.

• The Participant may obtain additional personal insurance at their discretion.

16. Personal Items

• The Holder is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal items.

17. Complaints

• Written complaints within 14 days from the event to: info@adrenalineadventures.it

• Response within 14 days.

18. Force Majeure

The Holder is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by extraordinary events such as:

• extreme weather conditions

• natural disasters

• strikes

• health emergencies

• unexpected service interruptions

19. Processing of Personal Data

Participants' personal data is collected for activity management and processed according to the EU GDPR Regulation.
Refer to the Holder's official Privacy Policy.

20. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court is that of Bolzano (BZ).
